Refund policy
At Cura, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure a reliable shopping experience. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’re here to assist.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Defective item
- Wrong product delivered
- Incorrect size (if applicable)
To be eligible, you must provide a complete unboxing video (360° view) clearly showing the issue. This is mandatory to process any return or refund request.
Reporting an Issue
- Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted
Return Window
- Approved items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3–4 business days to the original payment method
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping may be applicable depending on the case
