Refund policy

At Cura, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure a reliable shopping experience. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’re here to assist.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Incorrect size (if applicable)

To be eligible, you must provide a complete unboxing video (360° view) clearly showing the issue. This is mandatory to process any return or refund request.


Reporting an Issue

  • Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted


Return Window

  • Approved items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging


Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3–4 business days to the original payment method


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be applicable depending on the case
